// shirt and skirt - second hand
// DIY neon shoes
I got this gorgeous mint green overlapping maxi a while ago and I thought I'd try and give it a new look every time I wear it by playing with different lengths. The images are pretty self-explanatory. You can do this with overlapping or skirts with very high slits. First photo shows the default look. For the second photo, I took the lowest parts and crossed 'em then tucked under the belt and pinned with safety pins. As far as third style goes, tuck only one side of the skirt and then fold over the other and pin it as you please.
This can be very handy when you accidentally step onto your skirt or spill something, you can easily cover it up. Or maybe you just want to give your old skirt a completely different look!

thanks so much everyone, I'm so glad you found this interesting and helpful! x
It's a really great skirt and an amazing idea! I can't really understand how you tucked it in to make the last look, did you use pins?
Also, the skirt goes so well with the yellow shoes, it's a daring and amazing combination!
